Protesting simulated the sexual act on a platform in a front of the building of the Supreme Rada. As a result the organizer of the action is detained by militia (police), and other participants had time to disappear. There is a criminal case against Volodarsky is raised. 2 items 296 CC ("the hooligan actions accomplished by group of persons"). According to this article, he is threatened with punishment in the form of imprisonment for the term of till four years or restriction of freedom for the term of till five years.
