Two librarians in Jessamine County Public Library have conspired to keep the graphic novel The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, Volume IV: The Black Dossier from children. They have put it on the constant "checked out" status and even went as far as removing a hold that was put on it. As this was a clear violation of the Library Bill of Rights, they were kicked out of the library.
