Swedish model

Kristin Davis says that she likes the fact that in Swedish anti-sex-worker model although clients are criminalised, sex workers are not [1]. She says she would look to that model and to Nevada's brothel licensing scheme for the ways of generating income for the state (together with taxation of marijuana) [2]

Prison and Sex offender register

Although Kristin Davis has spent time behind bars, she does not support prison abolition, she seems to think that she was locked up injustly, but everybody else should actually be there. On the related note, although she criticises being on a sex offender register herself, her reasons for that is that she is forced to be around people who are also on that register [3], she has expressed no desire to abolish that scheme.

Her main reason for opposition to being in jail was that she was not meant for it [4].

Gay rights

Kristin Davis supports extending the practice of monogamous marriage to include same sex couples.
