Madalyn Murray O'Hair

Madalyn Murray OʼHair has described herself as "Woman, Atheist, Anarchist" [1]. She was a very active in those roles and as such deserves a lot of respect.

Views on pornography and sexuality

Madalyn OʼHair believed that the opposition to pornography is based upon the religious bigotry of people and as such she believed that whether one enjoys pornography or not should be up to each individual.

Her view on sexuality was outlined by her as: “The relationships that people have — that are sexual, psychological, emotional — these relationships are not open to supervision by parents, schools, churches, or government. Nobody has any right to intervene at all in any kind of relationship like that.” [2]
