Higher Rada of Ukraine has included changes into the section 301 into the Criminal Codex of Ukraine (on responsibility for possession of the creations, depictions or objects of pornographic character).

343 of the members of Rada have voted for, out of the total of 428 who were present.

Specifically, in section 301 of the Criminal Codex, where there is a definition of import, production, selling, and distribution of pornographic objects now the word "possession" was added.

Because of this section, stated actions are punishable by 50 to 100 minimal monthly pay rates or arrest for the period of six months, or limitation of freedom for the period of up to three years with the confiscation of the pornographic objects and means of their production and distribution.

As was reported, Rada is intending to make the responsibility for the child pornography more harsh.

And after this people will still be telling that it is those who watch pornography who abuse somebody. You can have “limited freedom” for 3 years for looking at people fucking.
