The Shame-Free Zone explores aspects of sexuality in a shame-free, friendly and supportive space. These sessions are led by Sexological Bodyworker Ruby May.
The first session is called:
"Wanking : sex with someone you love?"
During this session, Ruby invites you to explore some of these questions:
- If we had sex with our lovers the way we have sex with ourselves, what kind of lovers would we be?
- How have our self-pleasuring habits evolved over the years or are we stuck in a rut?
- How has pornography served us and how has it not?
- What do our fantasies say about us and what can we learn from them?
- And how can we evolve our practise in order to enrich our lives and become better lovers with ourselves and others?
